Panorama sauna

The panorama sauna is the absolute highlight of the sauna world in the Vitalpark. The large window front opens a great view into the sauna garden and the surrounding landscape. The hourly infusions, which are celebrated by our sauna master on the stove, make the sauna session an additional special experience. With a temperature of 90 - 95°C it is suitable for all visitors.

Earth sauna

The earth sauna is considered the original form of sauna culture. The 85°C sauna is located in the sauna garden and is half embedded in the ground. The wooden beams and the natural stones on the walls radiate a rustic atmosphere. With its mild and dry climate, it is excellent for sauna beginners.

Colored light sauna

The colored light sauna creates a gentle and stimulating room climate at a comparatively low temperature of 65°C and low humidity. The different light effects set the room in different moods.

Finnish sauna

It gets hot in the Finnish sauna: the low humidity combined with the high temperature are an ideal stimulator for the circulation and the immune system.

The Finnish sauna is not available at the moment.

Tepidarium

A stay in the tepidarium is both gentle and stimulating. The tepidarium has a preventive as well as curative effect and offers an ideal opportunity for relaxation and regeneration between sauna sessions.

Humidity: 30%

Hammam

Hammam is an oriental steam bath that serves both physical and mental cleansing. It invigorates the skin, stimulates the circulation and cleanses the pores.

Room temperature: 40-50°C
Length of stay: 30 min.
Humidity: 100%

Rasul bath

In the temple-like designed Rasul you enjoy a Turkish care ceremony. The steam treatment with selected healing earths purifies, makes your skin radiantly soft and provides a special feel-good treat.

Room temperature: 40-50°C
Length of stay: 20 min.
Humidity: up to 80%

The Rasul treatment is currently not available.

Laconium

In the attractively designed Laconium, you will sweat slowly but intensively at a gentle 50°C. A visit to the Laconium is especially suitable for people who find it too hot in the traditional sauna.

Length of stay: 20-30 min.
Humidity: 15-20%

Slow down and relax

After a sauna session, the cold water pool in the sauna garden, as well as experience showers and a Kneipp treading pool in the indoor area, offer the right cooling down.

In addition, the harmonious oases of peace invite you to switch off and feel good. A fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere.

At the sauna bar you can enjoy a vitalizing drink and small snacks.
