Our daily changing active program offers you improvement of your strength, agility, endurance and wellbeing. Feel the vitalizing effect of yoga and Pilates or absolve a varied full body training in the water. Our educated and experienced trainers offer you several times a week training lessons within the active program, which is for our hotel guests already included.
Aquajogging
Whole body training for everyone
The aqua fitness/-jogging course supports you in short time to improve your endurance and define your body. With the help of the water resistance all parts of the muscles are optimally strengthened and stabilized, but due to the buoyancy of water in a gentle way.
Duration jogging: 30 min.
Aim: strengthening the muscles and the endurance
Please notice: The courses take place in deep water- therefore, the participants must be able to swim.
