Strong fascia

Do you do little sport or are you just starting out? Do you also spend a lot of time sitting down? Then you may be familiar with the typical consequences. Our "Strong Fascia" programme starts right here. Targeted stretching and mobilisation exercises on the five-circuit gently and effectively train your body against the one-sided movement patterns of everyday life. The conscious movements promote your flexibility, loosen tense fasciae and contribute to better posture.

The offer includes:
