Our active program offers you the opportunity to improve your agility, strength, endurance and well-being. Improve your fitness and prevent back pain with targeted exercises or complete a versatile whole-body workout.

Our course times

As a part of the active program, our trained and experienced trainers offer you changing exercise hours. Participation in the fitness courses is free of charge for you.

Training for the upper body and shoulders

With the back fitness course, Jasmin would like to help you bring more mobility and mobility back into your everyday life. Through conscious and controlled movements, your musculature in general will be promoted and your back in particular will be trained.

Gentle endurance training for heart and joints

Aquajogging helps you to improve your stamina and to define your body in the shortest possible time. Due to the water resistance, all muscle parts are optimally strengthened and stabilized. Thanks to the buoyancy of the water, they are never overloaded as well.

course time: Monday-Friday 02.30 p.m. - 03.00 p.m.

IMPORTANT: The course takes place in deep water and demand safe swimming as a basic prerequisite.

In a private one-to-one session, our experienced personal trainers can go into detail about your training condition and previous knowledge but also health restrictions to include your personal favorite exercises as required. The functional fitness workout with Alex is aimed at everyone who likes to work out high intensively. The workout is done with your own body weight and small equipment.

Intensive strength training with kettlebell
If you enjoy an intense strength workout with a kettlebell, you should definitely attend Alex's kettlebell class. The workout offers you the opportunity to optimise your movement pattern, advance your muscle build-up as well as improve your endurance.

Nordic walking

Nordic walking

Gentle endurance training for everyone
Nordic walking has several positive effects on the body, inter alia the knee joints are protected during gentle walking. Through the the additional arm work with the walking sticks the upper body muscles get strengthened. Furthermore, 40 percent more calories are burned than with pure walking or running. The spine gets relieved, the endurance enhanced and muscle tension in the neck and shoulder area loosened as well.

The individual lesson is bookable from Monday to Saturday. On request, the training is also possible in small groups (from 2 persons €20 per participant).
