Targeted circuit training for your health

Milon® circuit for fully automatic training

The centerpiece of the "Vital & Fit" fitness studio is the milon® strength circuit. After a short briefing, the milon® equipment adjusts itself fully automatically to you and your individual needs. Another advantage: the machines do not work with weights, but with electronic resistances. The circuit training is therefore suitable for all requirements and all performance levels.

To be able to use the milon® equipment, you will need a short briefing (appointment required), for which a one-time fee of 30,- EUR is charged.

Health-oriented training on the five® circuit

Our everyday lives are characterised by a one-sided, mainly seated posture. This can often result in back, hip or other musculoskeletal complaints. The five® concept attempts to address this. At various stations on the equipment course, the different muscle groups are trained in a rather unconventional way. The entire body is stretched against its habits. Just four to five backward movements per day can have a positive effect on the way the body feels.

Instruction in the use of the five®-circle is required. For this, we charge a one-time fee of 25,- EUR (appointment necessary).

Classic training in the fitness studio

Our fitness studio "Vital & Fit" also a wide range of modern cardio, strength and resistance training equipment. This includes treadmills, cross trainers and exercise bikes, enabling you to enjoy an effective endurance workout. Furthermore, you can add variety to your training session with stair climbing machines, rowing machines and ski ergometers from the renowned Matrix® brand.

In order to get the most out of our circuit training, an introductory session is required before you use the equipment for the first time. During this session, you will receive an introduction to the equipment, a personalised training plan and helpful tips for safe and effective training.

Your training area for strength & endurance

Hold Strong & Cardio Area

The new ‘Vital & Strong’ fitness area, covering over 300 m², is specially designed to strengthen and shape the body holistically.

Here you will find high-quality equipment from the Hold Strong® brand, which opens up a wide range of training options. Whether multi-press, cable machine, dumbbells and barbells, plyo boxes, kettlebells, power sleds, battle ropes or other small equipment – the gym at Vitalpark enables functional training, cross-training, classic strength training or HYROX training® at the highest level.

Endurance is not neglected either: with equipment from Assault and Concept2, you can tailor your cardiovascular training to your specific needs.

The "Vital & Stark" fitness area in Vitalpark is available daily for your individual training free of charge. Benefit from flexible training times and design your fitness programme according to your own schedule.
