The perfect start to the day: Our vital breakfast buffet with regional accents offers you a wide selection of healthy, sweet or savory components in our restaurant – just as you wish. During the summer months, you can enjoy your breakfast on the sunny panoramic terrace.
Breakfast hours:
Daily: 6.30 – 11.00 a.m.
Breakfast buffet:
Muesli station, fruits & vegetables, fruit spreads, yoghurt, egg dishes, bread, rolls & pastries from the local baker, cheese, sausage specialties from the Eichsfeld region, coffee & tea specialties, juices & wellness water, gluten & lactose-free products, daily alternating: pancakes, sausages, and much more.
Bistro „Leineaue“: Snacks throughout the day
In the "Leineaue" bistro - in the adjacent Vitalpark - you can enjoy hearty snacks such as curry sausage, vital dishes, coffee specialities and delicious cakes & tarts. Fancy some ice cream? Then make yourself comfortable in summer with a refreshing sundae on the bistro's large sun terrace.

Daily: 10.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.
There is also a self-service snack bar in the swimming pool area of the Vitalpark and a self-service bar with drinks and a small selection of food in the sauna area.

After an eventful and varied vacation day, you can dine in our restaurant. Depending on your chosen meal plan, you can enjoy our diverse dinner buffet as part of our half-board offering. Look forward to an exquisite selection of seasonal appetizers, expertly prepared main courses and tempting desserts.

Daily: 5:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Our dinner buffet (€39.00 per person) is also available to non-hotel guests.
